Ordering Information

Presentation: All garments are shipped in a great little bag with our logo, making great gift presentation. Let us know if you would like something sent as a gift and we will include a card with your name on. Please add this information as a note on our checkout page.

Sizing : Children come in all different sizes, and different countries have different ideas for what a size measures so our sizes are quite broad. For the premature range this is to suit a premature baby on average from 1.8kg to 2.5kg. For the design clothing range the sizing is generally larger than those found in Europe. A Newborn size really does fit from 0 to 3 months, taking into account an average newborn baby in New Zealand weighs approximately 3.25kg. If you have at all any doubts then take one size up.

Shipping: Orders will be shipped within two days by International Airmail. This usually takes between one and two weeks. Urgent delivery by courier can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us by email about this, or add the request to your order on our checkout page.

Returns: Please return any unsatisfactory goods within 2 weeks. If the garment is faulty we will refund the full amount paid. We are happy to change the size or colour. Please return the garment unworn, with original packaging and labels, and include a note telling us what you require.

Duties and taxes: When ordering outside of New Zealand prices are exclusive of GST and duty costs. Any relevant duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
